The Subconscious mind is a Subjective experience and represents the second phase of a mental trinity, accessible only from within. This subjective experience involves the emotional and cognitive influence of the conscious mind on the subconscious, which in turn shapes your circumstances and experiences. Through my research, I discovered that understanding God or life involves comprehending the three levels of consciousness, which I consider the true spiritual trinity. This concept does not refer to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Instead, the African spiritual hierarchy emphasizes a mental framework within all humans.
